SHOPPING INFORMATION

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We generally ship UPS or USPS. We will send your tracking number via email once we ship your order.  Ordered a Website or Mobile App.  What’s Next?

Once you submit payment for your order, we will contact you to set up an in-person, phone or video chat meeting to hammer out the details. We can also send you an online questionnaire if you’d prefer to not communicate with us at all! We get it, you’re busy.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and more. We also accept PayPal.

If you are a local client and want to pay by us another way, just email us.

Is Buying Online Safe?

Yes, absolutely. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to keep your online transactions safe and secure. We process all credit cards through a secure, encrypted third party provider.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

What is Included with My Logo Order?

With your logo order, we provide you with three (3) versions of your logo to choose from, and three (3) revisions. We provide you with high resolution, print ready files in PDF, AI, EPS, JPG and PNG formats.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Most of our items are customized just for you, so we generally don’t allow cancellations. However, if you request a change that can be made early enough in the process, we are happy to accommodate you. Just contact us at sales@rocsite.com and we’ll do our best!

What is Your Turnaround Time?

After you place your order, we will contact you within 2 business days to confirm your order and gather more details from you about your design ideas. Our turnaround time is generally 7-10 business days, and solely depends on timely feedback from you with each revision. If you have a rush order, we can complete your order in 3-5 days for a $100 (USD) Upcharge.

What if I Can’t Receive Large Files in my Email?

We can send your files to you through Dropbox or our own Media Storage. We will give you access and provide you with the necessary credentials once your order is processed and full payment has been made.

Do You Provide Printing Services?

Yes, we can provide printing services for our customers. We will be happy to give you a quote for your specific needs.

Do You Accept Returns?

No, unfortunately all of our products and services are customized and are not considered “returnable.” If you are unhappy or have an issue with any of our products or services, we promise to make it right with you.
