Nobody issues their own passport.
When your buyer asks who graded this, the name on the record is not yours. You already shipped the models. One model. One named event. A Definition-ID, a PROVABLE or ATTESTED record, and the binding. Offline. No self-grade. We do not take the model.
What you receive
- One model. One named event. That is the whole scope.
- You receive a passport: a Definition-ID, a PROVABLE or ATTESTED record, and the binding.
- PROVABLE will say: these hashed weights existed before these hashed, post-freeze issued records. Identity overlap of those files is out.
- ATTESTED will say: someone signed a story and a detector ran. Disclosure, not proof. There is no third sentence.
- Neither will say: that the number is operational truth; that the model is safe, cleared, or fit for a use; that a score the vendor issued is the grade.
- Offline and air-gap available. No self-grade.
- RocSite signs. Ed25519. Named signer. The vendor does not sign the PROVABLE record. That is why the name on it is not yours.
- Turnaround: Pilot, 14 days. Single-model passport, 21 days. Annual recert, 10 days on the same named event and a new checkpoint.
RocSite issues the record. You remain responsible for the model.

Who this is for
You ship a model. Your buyer will not accept a score you issued yourself. When they ask who graded this, the name on the record is not yours.
What this is not
The passport is not a score you can treat as operational truth. There is no third grade. ICH Triage FDA Pre-Sub Q253397 is pedigree, not this SKU.
How to start
Reply with the model and the named event. We will confirm scope, grade path, and whether the checkpoint can be bound. A public ATTESTED exhibit of the passport shape is here. It is not a PROVABLE vendor-model passport.
